Waterstone Human Capital represents a global technology client in Salt Lake City seeking a Test Engineer to own automated test infrastructure on the electronics manufacturing floor. You will design test stations, implement tooling, analyze data, and collaborate across RF, systems, software, and quality teams to resolve production issues.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience developing software for ATE in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and diagnostic tooling skills.
• Clear oral and written communication across RF, systems, software, and quality engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD in electronics manufacturing (preferred).
• Experience with Docker or Nginx; familiarity with mesh networking concepts (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement test plans, logging tools, and analysis systems for wireless systems.
• Own production test station design, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with RF, systems, and quality teams to define performance thresholds and validate testing approaches.
• Work with software to augment test systems for new features and configurations.
• Perform advanced failure analysis and root cause determination for escalated issues.
• Document test procedures, configurations, and analysis findings for production and engineering.
