Apple Inc. seeks an experienced Wireless System Automation and Test Engineer to join our Wireless Systems Team across Sunnyvale, San Diego, and Irvine.

In this full-time role, you will build scalable lab automation—from RF equipment to CI/CD pipelines—and develop Python-based automation to replace manual testing. You will own test automation scripts, bench integration, CI/CD support, and contribute to validation efforts, collaborating with software squads and validation engineers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive professional experience in test automation or software development.
• Proficient in Python scripting and object-oriented software design.
• Practical experience integrating and controlling test instrumentation using SCPI, VISA, or standard instrument drivers.
• Solid understanding of Git and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for wireless systems testing using Python.
• Integrate laboratory test equipment into automated test benches.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automated wireless software testing and reporting.
• Transform manual laboratory procedures into reliable automated sequences.
• Troubleshoot framework issues, instrument communication errors, and script failures.
