N.Y. Connection, Inc. is seeking a Wireless Expert to help customers stay connected with the latest technology while delivering exceptional service and building trust. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands current products and plans available.

You will greet customers, recommend wireless products and plans, process transactions, maintain displays, stay current on devices and Verizon services, and strive to meet sales goals and metrics.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Wireless Expert Job Summary
