N.Y. Connection, Inc. is hiring a Wireless Expert to help customers stay connected with the latest technology and provide exceptional service.

You will build trust by understanding needs and explaining wireless options and plans. As part of a busy retail team, you’ll greet customers, recommend products, and ensure accurate transactions while keeping displays up-to-date and aligned with brand standards. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Wireless Expert Job Summary

As a Wireless Expert, you'll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust with our customers. The ideal Sales Associate candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands the latest products and plans available.
