Wireless Zone in Boston, MA is seeking a Wireless Expert to help customers stay connected with the latest devices, plans, and accessories while delivering exceptional service. You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate products, and process sales and activations accurately.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing roles, are friendly and motivated, and comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Wireless Expert Job Summary

As a Wireless Expert, you'll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust with our customers. The ideal Sales Associate candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands the latest products and plans available.
