You’ll greet customers, identify needs, demonstrate products, and process sales with accuracy and enthusiasm, contributing to a friendly, team-oriented in-store experience. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is preferred, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless or tech experience a plus)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
