Wireless Zone is hiring a Wireless Expert in Mississippi to help customers stay connected with the latest technology and plans. You will deliver exceptional service, build trust, and demonstrate product knowledge to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, is friendly and motivated, and willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training is provided, and a competitive pay range with growth opportunities is offered.

• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently.
