Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive store performance and coach sales associates across the district. You’ll lead onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development, turning customer interactions into sales opportunities while meeting KPIs.

Ideal candidates bring wireless retail experience, proven B2C sales success, and the ability to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
