Job summary

The Ash Group is seeking a Wireless Construction Scoping Engineer (24607) for a 12-month contract in Plano, TX. Hybrid work arrangement. Pay up to $76 per hour W2 based on skill.

US Citizens or Green Card Holder only; no C2C or third parties. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 4% matched 401(k) after six months. Responsibilities include developing per-site SOW/BOM, supporting delivery teams with construction expertise, and ensuring site drawings and RFDS meet scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 2–5 years wireless industry experience.
• Experience managing and delivering cell site construction and technology upgrades.
• Experience with providing site design solutions and guidance of order of operations.
• Ability to review construction documents, determine site feasibility, and provide design consulting as needed.
• Ensure the accuracy of construction drawings and RFDS meeting scoping requirements.
• Direct knowledge of on-site safety, general construction processes, and equipment installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document a comprehensive per-site SOW and BOM, identifying all work types and drivers, and support delivery teams with construction expertise.
• Understand site technical solution, construction standards, and SOW contracted with customers.
• Understand SOW drivers and fixed-price packages between Ericsson and Service Providers and between Ericsson and the customer.
• Review site CD drawings, RFDS, and structural/mount design requirements to ensure alignment with scope.
