Job summary

Ericsson OEM Products RBS / BTS / Node B & Rollout Construction Experience required. Lead the front end of wireless network deployment for Ericsson-based macro cell sites, owning site feasibility, scope definition, construction readiness, and material planning-turning RF design requirements into clear, buildable work packages that keep rollout teams moving.

Coordinate with Site Acquisition, A&E, Construction, Supply Chain, field service providers, suppliers, and customer teams to manage scope

Qualifications

• Experience with macro-site deployments and wireless rollout.
• Ability to translate RF design into SOWs, BOMs, and Plans of Record.
• Strong hand-on knowledge of site feasibility including civil, power, grounding, fiber, and permitting.
• Experience coordinating with Site Acquisition, A&E, Construction, Supply Chain, and field teams.
• Proven ability to manage scope changes, design clarifications, and material corrections.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scoping for Ericsson RBS, BTS, Node B, LTE, and 5G macro-site deployments.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments covering civil, structural, power, grounding, fiber, RF, access, and permitting requirements.
• Translate RF design into accurate Statements of Work, Bills of Material, construction methodologies, and Plans of Record.
• Identify service-impacting constraints, design gaps, material shortages, and constructability risks before construction begins.
• Define equipment and material requirements, including Ericsson radio/baseband equipment, antennas, RRUs, cabling, fiber, power, and ancillary hardware.
• Partner with RF Engineering to validate coverage objectives, sector configurations, antenna plans, and site-specific deployment requirements.
• Coordinate with Site Acquisition, A&E, Construction, Supply Chain, field service providers, suppliers, and customer teams.
• Manage scope changes, design clarifications, and material corrections to protect cost, schedule, and deployment quality.
• Review and validate site drawings, construction standards, permitting requirements, environmental constraints, and closeout expectations.
• Build and present scoping status, production forecasts, material reports, delivery risks, and recovery actions to project leadership.
• Mentor scoping personnel and provide technical direction, quality feedback, and consistent rollout processes across the team.
• Require 10+ years of wireless infrastructure experience, including macro-site construction, RF optimization, Ericsson equipment, site feasibility, and tools such as Anritsu, OTDR fiber testing, Microsoft Office, and project databases.
