Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Wi-Fi / Bluetooth Software System Performance Engineer to join the Wireless Technologies & Ecosystems organization in San Diego, CA.

You will drive optimization of software design for Apple’s latest products, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Mac, contributing to performance evaluations from prototypes to productization. As part of the Connectivity Firmware Performance team, you will devise evaluation methodologies, analyze logs, and recommend software

Qualifications

• Background or research experience in RF, Digital, and Wireless communications.
• Programming experience in C or C++.
• Experience with wireless sniffers and protocol analyzers to debug issues.
• Experience with Python and Matlab for testing, data analysis and visualization.
• Proficient in Python with data science libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Bachelors in CS/CE/EE or equivalent experience.
