Job summary

Blufox Mobile is actively hiring Sales Associates / Retail Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Whether you have experience in wireless sales, cable sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, automotive sales, door-to-door sales, or technology sales, we provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

This full-time position offers competitive base pay with uncapped commissions. Base pay ranges from $35,000 to $65,000+ annually, with expected earnings of $18-$35+ per hour

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Retail or wireless sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers.
• Build value around product and service packages.
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize sales performance.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and close deals.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store goals.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training.
