Blufox Mobile is hiring Sales Associates to join our growing retail team. We offer competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, with expected earnings of $18-$35+ per hour and rapid opportunities for advancement.

As a trusted Xfinity retailer with 15+ states and growing, you’ll engage customers, promote multiple services, and deliver top-notch service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the best Xfinity solutions and maximize earnings through consultative selling and excellent service.
• Promote High-Speed Internet, Xfinity Mobile, Home Security, Cable TV, Voice, and Smart Home products.
• Present and sell Xfinity products to new and existing customers; upsell and cross-sell services.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and use proven closing techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with store teammates to achieve goals and maintain appearance.
