Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Retail/Sales experience is preferred (any industry).
• Wireless/Telecommunications/Cable/Sales experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Technology sales experience is a plus.
• Commission-based sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• As a Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.
• You’ll promote: High-Speed Internet; Xfinity Mobile; Home Security Solutions; Cable Television Services; Voice Services; Smart Home Products
• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
• Build value around products and service packages
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Execute proven sales closing techniques
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
• Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
