Job summary

McNaughton McKay Group in Madison Heights, MI is seeking a Wire Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, order picking and inventory control within our wired products division. The role involves operating wire measuring and cutting machinery and collaborating with the Warehouse Manager.

You will lift up to 75 pounds, use forklift with proper training, and help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment. A high school diploma or GED and warehousing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year warehousing experience preferred.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to operate computer terminals related to job duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping, receiving, order picking and inventory tasks.
• Assist with loading/unloading and forklift operations with certification.
• Verify transactions and maintain records in the business system.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Support cycle counts and inventory management as needed.
