Job summary

NEXT LEVEL STAFFING, LTD. seeks a detail-oriented Wire Processing Technician in Wisconsin. You will maintain perishable tooling fixtures and wire processing machinery, cut and mark wire per drawings, and ensure quality and productivity on the floor.

You will use maintenance logs to track machine upkeep, assist in setup of production personnel, process daily PR wire/tubing orders, and keep a clean, safe work area while solving basic machine issues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for the care and maintenance of all perishable tooling fixtures and wire processing machinery. Cuts and marks wire per drawing and program specifications with the appropriate equipment Maintains a high level of quality and productivity in all wire marking and cutting operations. Use existing maintenance logs to track all machine maintenance. Assist at times in set up of production personnel on the work floor. All “PR” status wire / tubing orders shall be cut / finished daily. Advanced knowledge of IPC Training Modules. Stage work orders Strip wire using wire stripping machine Responsible for maintaining a clean work area

Required Skills/Abilities:
