• Label and organize completed orders.
• Monitor inventory and support continuous improvement.
• Safely operate forklift equipment.

Mars Electric is hiring a Wire Operations Specialist for our Distribution Center. This is a skilled, production-focused role supporting large commercial and industrial projects across Northeast Ohio.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Interpret work orders (wire type, gauge, reel size)
• Operate and troubleshoot wire cutting equipment
• Measure and cut wire to exact specifications
• Maintain 99%+ order accuracy
• Label, stage, and organize completed orders
• Monitor inventory and support continuous improvement
• Operate forklift equipment safely

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or skilled trades preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills

Preferred

Experience with automated equipment, wire products, or ERP systems (Eclipse)
