Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5 years electro-mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Must have prior hand soldering experience; wire and cable soldering preferred.
• US Citizen or US Person status required.
• Overtime availability and willingness to cross-train.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Solder wire and cable connectors and components per procedures.
• Read drawings and BOMs to determine parts and steps.
• Inspect parts and perform basic testing during assembly.
• Use hand and power tools for fitting and assembly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per OSHA and Lean practices.
