Job summary

Quality Liaison Services is seeking a Wire Harness Technician in Charlotte, NC to perform inspection, testing, and repair of harness assemblies at client sites and our NC repair center. IPC/WHMA-A-620 knowledge and hands-on electrical skills are required.

You will inspect, test, repair, and document harness assemblies, ensuring connector integrity, and adherence to customer specs. This on-site role supports both field work and centralized repair operations.

Qualifications

• IPC/WHMA-A-620 knowledge required.
• Hands-on electrical skills with harness work.
• Experience inspecting and testing harnesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wire harness assemblies for defects and routing.
• Perform continuity and electrical testing on harness circuits.
• Repair crimps, solder joints, and damaged wires per spec.
• Document inspections and repairs with photos and reports.
