Magna-Power Electronics, based in Flemington, NJ, seeks a Sub-Assembly / Wire Harness Assembler to join the production team. You will perform soldering, wiring, and component assembly per specifications, using hand and power tools along with tablet-guided instructions.

The role involves training, reading BOMs and drawings, and working with multiple Magna-Power teams to build complex electronic components for diverse applications, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read electrical wiring, crimping and assembly drawings.
• Familiarity with BOMs and manufacturing documents preferred.
• Capable of using various hand and tabletop manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Soldering and wiring assemblies for final products.
• Prepare setup, form, and stage components for assembly.
• Operate automated wire crimping / cable machinery.
• Visually inspect wire harnesses and sub-assemblies.
• Follow tablet-based work instructions precisely.
