Magna-Power Electronics in Flemington, New Jersey, is seeking a PCB Assembler to join our engineering-driven team. You will assemble PCBs, solder components, and follow detailed schematics and BOMs on a push-line.

Training will be provided across various Magna-Power products, from EV powertrains to defense projects. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience, with hands-on use of common manufacturing tools and good mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Capable of using a variety of hand and power tools for PCBA manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Assemble electronic components onto PCBAs according to specifications.
• Solder through-hole components and wire assemblies.
• Operate automation machinery (wire fabrication, SMT pick & place, 3D-AOI).
• Perform visual inspection to IPC standards.
• Assemble PCBs following BOMs and diagrams.
• Work in push-line assembly to maximize productivity.
