Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Wire Harness Design Engineer to own mechanical design, routing, packaging, and integration of complex harness systems for next‑gen battery energy storage products, using Zuken E3 and SOLIDWORKS.

You will collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to deliver production‑ready harnesses, develop 2D/3D models and drawings, optimize for manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability, and support pilot builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical design, routing, packaging and integration of complex wire harness systems.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to deliver production-ready harnesses.
• Develop 2D/3D harness models, installation drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Define harness routing paths, connector interfaces and retention solutions.
• Support prototype, pilot builds and production readiness activities.
