Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical) or related fields.
Level 2 typically 2+ years related work experience.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.
Analyzes results and performs design reviews.
Develops and maintains electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., racks, panels, routing).
Provides engineering disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, shop actions).
Documents processes, specifications and procedures for electrical commodities.
Develops basic statements of work.
Participates in technical supplier capability reviews for source selection.
Analyzes functional and physical input to ensure complete integrated design.
Works under general direction.
