Job summary

Ritalka, Inc. is hiring a Wire Harness Assembler to repair, assemble and test wire harnesses. The role offers a flexible schedule with 4 ten-hour shifts and 5 eight-hour shifts, and comprehensive benefits.

The position requires following procedures, performing quality inspections, data entry, and collaboration with teammates to improve processes. A background in handling tools and materials is preferred, with basic computer skills helpful.

Wire Harness Assembler, your primary responsibility is repairing, assembling and testing wire harnesses.

What does a Wire Harness Assembler do at RVI?

• Follow procedures or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
• Perform visual inspections to endure parts and assemblies meet customer specifications and standards
• Input data and tasks into computer
• Print labels for boxes
• Package units and attaches required labels
• Assist team members in improving processes and procedures

What are we looking for in a good candidate?

• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and differences in numbering sequences
• Can apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
• Can deal with standardized situations with only occasion or no variables
• Works with and handles various tools and materials
• Computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point are helpful, but are not required
• Or any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance
