Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions, memos, and reports.
• Experience with wire transfers, Fedline, and SWIFT messages preferred.
• Strong data entry and reconciliation skills in banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Record FED incoming/outgoing wires and reconcile with daily reports.
• Monitor Fed ending balances and reconcile with SCMS.
• Log wires with control numbers and prepare accounting vouchers.
• Process outgoing service messages in FED Line Advantage.
• Verify wire data against core systems before Retail/regions.
• Upload incoming/outgoing payments to Fedline Advantage and handle SWIFT messages.
• Reconcile USA USD account daily with NY Branch.
• Assist and support supervisor to meet department goals.
