Job summary

LSI SOLUTIONS® is seeking skilled Wire EDM Programmers/Operators to join our Victor, NY manufacturing team. The role includes programming, setting up, and operating wire EDM machines (Fanuc controls) across Levels I–III, with evening shift hours 2:00pm–10:30pm.

You will read prints, follow CAD models, and ensure parts meet exact specifications. Join a growing medical device company focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Level I requires High School Diploma or equivalent; 0-2 years machine operation experience.
• Level II requires High School Diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years programming wire EDMs.
• Level III requires High School Diploma or equivalent; 6+ years programming, setting-up, and operating wire EDMs.

Responsibilities

• Program, set-up, and operate wire EDM machines (Fanuc controls).
• Program and troubleshoot complex tool paths using CAM-I.
• Troubleshoot offsets and perform preventative maintenance on EDM equipment.
• Write and edit EDM programs and work with Engineering during prototyping.
