Moeller Precision Tool in Antioch, TN is seeking an experienced Wire EDM Operator for the night shift. Earn $24-$29/hr plus a Night Shift Premium and weekly overtime in a clean, climate-controlled precision machining environment.

You will set up and operate Wire EDM machines, read blueprints, verify dimensions, and inspect finished parts made from tool steel and hardened materials using precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Wire EDM or related machining experience.
• Experience working with tool steel strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Experience holding tight tolerances on precision components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Wire EDM machines.
• Load material and fixtures for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances.
• Perform machine offsets and make program adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain quality standards and production requirements.
• Work with tool steel and hardened materials.

• Additional $2.25/hr Night Shift Premium.

• 45-50 hours/week (OT Required).
