Job summary

Fives Landis Corp. in Concord Township, Ohio, is seeking a Wire EDM Operator for the second shift (3:30pm-12:00am) to join the Cutting Tools team.

The role requires interpreting drawings, setting up EDM equipment, and ensuring precision with tight tolerances in a hands-on, safety-focused environment. Ideal candidates have 1 year of manufacturing/EDM experience and knowledge of GD&T, CNC controls, and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing & EDM operator experience.
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing preferred.
• General knowledge of CNC controls and CAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings, set up and operate EDM equipment, and perform precision program adjustments.
• Maintain tight tolerances using precision measuring tools and inspections.
• Drive safe, efficient production through teamwork, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality control.
