Job summary

Capital Electric is seeking a Wire Cutting Manager (Night Shift) to oversee all wire cutting operations in the Distribution Center. You will ensure safe, accurate production, coordinate with warehouse teams, and uphold schedules to meet customer requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years in related settings with supervisory experience, familiarity with automated cutting machines and ERP systems. A strong safety focus, leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement are

Qualifications

3–5 years in warehouse, logistics, or electrical distribution environments.
1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
Experience with automated wire cutting machines and reel management.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily wire cutting operations to meet production and order fulfillment goals.
Schedule workloads, assign tasks, and monitor performance across shifts.
Maintain material flow between receiving, cutting, and shipping areas and coordinate with Inventory/Shipping.
Monitor output for precision, length accuracy, and quality before packaging.
Track productivity, efficiency, and scrap rates and identify process improvements.
Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operators, with emphasis on safety and training.
