Job summary

Rexel USA in Sparks, NV is seeking a Wire Cutter to efficiently fulfill wire and cable cut orders, using material handling equipment. The role may require filling in for other warehouse tasks and follows a 12:00 PM–8:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.

You will ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity while handling reels, adjusting machine controls, and storing inventory as needed. Prior warehouse experience helps.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of wire cutting experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• If required to make deliveries: valid driver's license and related checks.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safety-focused culture and SOP adherence.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Retrieve and cut wire accurately for customer shipments.
• Fill orders accurately and ensure shipments are not damaged.
• Set up reels on payout spindle and adjust cutting parameters.
• Stack/store merchandise and stage wire cuts for shipping.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards in wire cuts.
• Report equipment damage to a supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
