Sustainable Staffing Inc. is seeking a Wire Cutter in Spring Grove, IL 60081. The 1st shift runs Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3:00pm, with a pay rate of $16.00/hr.

No experience is required, offering an entry point into a growing manufacturing field. As a wire cutter machine operator, you will identify specs, set up and troubleshoot machines, inspect outputs, and maintain production pace while standing on a concrete floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/64 of an inch.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Maintain a brisk production pace.

Responsibilities

• Identify proper specifications from cut sheets and job orders.
• Set up wire-cutting machines to job specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot wire-cutting machines.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Minimize scraps through proper operation of machines.
• Communicate problems with machine operation and supervisor.
