Job summary

North Coast, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a warehouse associate to perform product picking, consolidation, and loading in a fast-paced environment. You will support safe forklift operations and maintain accurate wire counts while contributing to team objectives.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to learn handheld scanners. On-site work with regular daytime hours and potential for overtime supports our family-oriented benefits package.

What You Will Bring:

• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
• Ability to learn the use of handheld scanners and operating systems

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Operate largewiremachines & coilers
• Ability to operate a forklift, PC and RF Scanner
• Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on‑site attendance

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is non‑exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $23/hour
