Job Summary:

The Wire Cutter is responsible for efficiently and accurately fulfilling orders for wire cuts. This position will also provide support in the warehouse as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Cutting wire in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assists in general warehouse duties as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including wire cutting machine, hand trucks, pallet jacks, standard forklifts when needed.
• Limited computer skills. Will be trained on company software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of wire cutting experience preferred.
• Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
• Position requires hours of standing.
