Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers is hosting an on-site hiring event in Lancaster, PA. The Operator roles include Level 1, 2, and 3 with opportunities for hands-on setup, operation, and training across several machines such as press brakes, shears, and hot melt equipment.

Candidates should be prepared for safety training, 6S housekeeping, and teamwork to meet product quality requirements. Walk-ins welcome at the event; standard PPE applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Ability to preset, set up and operate multiple industrial machines.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety violations or hazards to supervisor or safety team.
• Attend safety training and follow EHS policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized workplace using the 6S system.
• Perform visual inspection to meet product quality requirements.
• Operate Press Brake, Shear, Hot Melt Machine or Roll Mill as helper.
• Setup/operate Crimper, Straightener, Loom or Welder with guidance.
• Assist and train Level I/II operators; participate in ISO procedures.
