Job summary

Easterseals Redwood in Northern Kentucky is seeking a proactive WIOA Youth Operations Supervisor to lead a mission-driven team serving youth across Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Owen, and Pendleton counties. You will guide staff, strengthen partnerships, coordinate work experiences, and ensure services meet standards of quality, compassion, and accountability.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
  • Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three days of appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with schools, employers, referral partners, community organizations, and funders to create pathways that help young people access education, employment, and life-changing opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and encourage WIOA Youth team members so they feel supported, prepared, and equipped to deliver services that make a lasting difference for participants.
  • Oversee work experience, job readiness, career exploration, and youth engagement activities that help participants build confidence, discover their strengths, and take steps toward long-term success.
  • Support outreach, recruitment, assessment, service planning, case management, and follow-up efforts that keep youth connected, motivated, and moving toward their personal goals.
  • Champion high-quality, person-centered services by ensuring documentation, reporting, confidentiality, and program standards align with Easterseals Redwood, funder, accreditation, and workforce board expectations.
  • Represent the program in meetings, presentations, committees, and community outreach efforts that raise awareness, strengthen partnerships, and expand opportunities for youth.
  • Work alongside staff and community partners to identify participant needs, reduce barriers, and connect youth to workshops, resources, and supports that promote growth and independence.
  • Continue learning through trainings, meetings, seminars, and workshops while modeling reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and commitment to the Easterseals Redwood mission.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of the youth, team, and mission of the program.

Position Summary:

The Northern Kentucky WIOA Youth Operations Supervisor leads a mission-driven team that helps young people build confidence, overcome barriers, and take meaningful steps toward education, employment, and long-term success. This role supports program operations across Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Owen, and Pendleton counties by guiding staff, strengthening community and employer partnerships, coordinating work experience opportunities, and ensuring services are delivered with quality, compassion, and accountability. The supervisor also helps ensure program records, services, and outcomes meet Easterseals Redwood standards, funder expectations, and accreditation requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Education/Qualifications:
  • An appropriate combination of education, training, course work, and experience may qualify an applicant to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
  • Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of original appointment as a condition of employment in compliance with Immigration Reform and Control Act requirements.
