Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum coaching education requirements per state associations.
• Experience leading middle/high school athletic programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and oversee Girard College's middle and high school wrestling program, including practices and competitions.
• Develop in-season and off-season conditioning programs and evaluate athlete performance.
• Support student-athlete welfare, academics, and personal development while promoting a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with the Athletic Director and Admissions Office to identify prospective student-athletes.
