Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking team members for the winter season. This part-time, seasonal role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay between $28 and $30 per hour, depending on experience and license. CDL A or CDL B with Air Brakes is preferred; pre-employment drug tests apply.

Duties include snow removal, training, and safety, with on-call work including nights, holidays and weekends. Reliable transportation and smartphone are required; routes must be learned and hours reported

Qualifications

• Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety and route learning.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in challenging weather conditions.
• Submit hours, activities and materials accurately and timely.
• Reliable transportation to and from work required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have CDL A or CDL B with Air Brakes.
• MDOT certification assistance provided by the company.
• On-call work including nights, days, holidays and weekends; smartphone required.
