Job summary

Donovan Property Service is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead snow removal operations for the winter season. You will oversee plow trucks, sidewalk crews, and equipment across commercial and industrial sites, coordinating responses to storms and ensuring safety and quality.

This seasonal, on-call role requires flexibility for nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. We offer reliable hours, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and professional growth within a company committed to community

Qualifications

• Prior snow removal experience required.
• Experience supervising a crew preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather.
• Able to coordinate logistics and staffing under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team during winter storm events.
• Coordinate snow removal across multiple sites.
• Perform pre-season site inspections and ensure equipment readiness.
• Hire, train, and prepare seasonal crew members.
• Plan routes and review site requirements with crews.
• Monitor performance and report to management.
• Manage logistics for crew assignments and equipment.
• Be on-call during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure crews are equipped with salt, chemicals, and tools.
