The role offers both full-time and part-time options with compensation based on commission plus an hourly standby rate, and work from an on-site spa with occasional work in guest rooms. Responsibilities

• Provide massages to clients by appointment at the on-site spa.
• Guide clients on service options and determine suitable massages.
• Take client history and note health conditions.
• Evaluate areas of tension and pain.
• Advise on stretching, strengthening, or relaxation techniques.
• Suggest future massage bookings and regimes.
• Listen to clients and adjust technique as needed.
• Prepare treatment room and maintain sanitation.
• Perform massages in guest rooms when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure safety standards.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
