Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our mountain spa team for the winter season. You will deliver Swedish, deep-tissue, and other treatments to a mix of tourists, locals, and owners, while maintaining the high service standards of a luxury spa.

The role requires a Utah license, reliability, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Expect flexible hours including weekends and holidays, teamwork across resort departments, and

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist with active Utah license.
• Experience or willingness to learn Swedish, hot stone, sports, and deep-tissue massage.
• Experience with body treatments (wraps, scrubs) is a plus.
• Professional, positive attitude; dependable and punctual.
• Strong communication and guest-adaptation skills.
• Able to stand for 6-8 hours; flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage and spa treatments efficiently and consistently.
• Arrive 20 minutes prior to first service; be on time on site.
• Maintain clean, stocked therapy rooms and setup for next guest.
• Recommend retail and spa services; share product knowledge.
• Assist in closing procedures and restock supplies.
• Adhere to spa policies, schedules, and safety procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
