Job summary

Solitude Mountain Spa is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our resort team in Solitude, Utah for seasonal/full-time/part-time roles with commission and tips. Therapists will provide Swedish, hot stone, sports and deep-tissue massages, plus body treatments, to tourists, owners and locals.

Train and grow within a collaborative spa environment across resort departments, with flexible weekend/holiday scheduling and opportunities to upsell services and retail products.

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist with active Utah license.
• Experience or willingness to learn Swedish massage, hot stone, sports massage, and deep-tissue massage.
• Experience in body treatments (wraps, scrubs) is a plus.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to tailor services to each guest's needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform all massage therapies and body treatments efficiently.
• Arrive 20 minutes before first service, ready on site.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and stocked.
• Recommend retail products and spa services.
• Assist in team closing procedures at end of shift.
• Restock spa supplies, towels, and linens.
• Attend spa meetings and trainings.
