Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Seasonal Production Associate in Fargo to assemble windows and doors using hand and power tools, while following safety standards. You will work with an experienced training team and cross-train across departments to build skills for career growth.

The role emphasizes physical tasks, clear English communication, and adherence to quality standards for premium Marvin products. Shifts run Monday–Thursday with overtime on Fridays, offering $21–$24 per hour depending on shift.

Job Overview

As a Seasonal Production Associate, you’ll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. We should point out that this is a physical role, you’ll be moving around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors, ensuring each product meets the quality standards of our premium products.

Select the schedule that works best for you! (3-month commitment required)

• Monday – Thursday shift options with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday:
  • 1stShift:5:30AM – 3:30PMPay: $21 per hour
  • 2ndShift:3:30PM – 1:30AMPay: $24 per hour ($22 + $2 differential rate)

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
• Grip 65 lbs.
• Bend, twist, stoop, and climb
• Stand and walk on concrete
