Job summary

Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, NH is seeking a Seasonal HR Assistant for the 2026/27 winter season. You will support employee services, onboarding, and recruitment activities while helping maintain confidential HR records and schedule orientations.

This role blends administrative duties with frontline interaction, offering exposure to all resort departments. Expected roughly 24 hours per week, with additional support during peak hiring and seasonal events throughout November to early April.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data entry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Previous administrative or HR-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with applicant communication, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Support employee services including orientation prep and records maintenance.
• Maintain accurate HR records with confidentiality and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities during peak hiring periods.
