Job summary

Seats Incorporated in Spring Hill, KS is hiring Seasonal Production Assemblers for the upcoming busy season. No manufacturing experience is required as we provide paid on‑the‑job training and a team that values quality and safety while assembling seating products.

This is a 1st shift, on‑site role with weekly pay at $20.75/hour. You’ll work 10–12 hours a day, stand for long periods, and lift up to 75 lbs, with overtime possible on Fridays and Saturdays; assignment runs through March 2027,

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and reliable.
• Ability to stand 10–12 hours and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and following written instructions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble seating products and components according to instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Package finished seats and components for shipment.
• Rotate between workstations as production needs require.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
