Job summary

Tethrd is seeking an Assembly Associate to operate and maintain stations on a full-time seasonal shift (Sept–Mid-Dec) in Columbia, Tennessee. You will assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts using hand and power tools, following specifications and procedures.

The role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and contributing to inventory and other warehouse tasks as needed on weekdays 8am–4pm with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Understanding instructions to assemble products properly.
• Fitting and installing pre-made parts to form pieces or finished products.
• Following safety procedures during all tasks.
• Stand for long periods while performing duties.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Assist in inventory and warehouse organization.
• Assist in other duties around the warehouse as assigned.
• Ensures production goals are met.
