Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle money accurately.
• Familiarity with POS terminals and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about merchandise across brands.
• Build long-term customer relationships and increase sales.
• Develop knowledge of Sugarloaf Resort and surrounding area to answer questions.
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude at all times.
