Job summary
Brighton Ski Resort is recruiting Retail Sales Associates for the 2026/2027 winter season. Based in the Brighton Center, you’ll help guests select outerwear and gear, provide expert advice, and support a small, dynamic retail team on the mountain.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs unassisted.
- Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends, evenings and holidays).
- Reliable transportation to and from work in winter conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred (but not required).
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensure products are correctly displayed and priced.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate gear and products.
- Provide expert advice on outerwear, equipment, and merchandise selection.
- Act as a guest resource, offering helpful information on resort-wide amenities including ski school, dining, events, first aid, and mountain layout.
- Accurately process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor with properly displayed and priced products.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional, positive manner.
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
