Job summary
Brighton Ski Resort is seeking passionate Retail Sales Associates for the night crew during the 2026/2027 winter season. Based at the Brighton Center, you will be a key contact for guests, helping them choose outerwear and gear and providing exceptional service.
The role runs on the night shift (typically 12:00–20:00). If you love snow sports and enjoy sharing expertise, you’ll fit well with our retail team.
Qualifications
- 18+ years old.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Able to lift 25+ lbs unassisted.
- Flexible schedule during ski season (including weekends and holidays).
- Reliable transportation in winter conditions.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with gear and product choices.
- Provide expert advice on outerwear, equipment, and merchandise.
- Share information on resort amenities (ski school, dining, events, first aid, mountain map).
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor with properly displayed products.
- Answer guest questions and resolve issues professionally.
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
