Job summary

Brighton Ski Resort is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will be a key contact for guests, helping them select outerwear and gear at the Brighton Center. This role covers the night shift, typically from noon to 8 pm, and offers an opportunity to share expertise in a dynamic, small retail team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs unassisted.
• Flexible availability during ski season (including weekends and holidays).
• Reliable transportation to and from work in winter conditions.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred (but not required).
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensure products are correctly displayed and priced.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist guests with purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and recommending gear.
• Provide expert advice on outerwear, equipment, and merchandise selection.
• Offer information on resort-wide amenities (ski school, dining, events, first aid, mountain layout).
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor with properly displayed products.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
