Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. operates Giants Ridge in Minnesota and is seeking seasonal staff to inspect, operate, and maintain terrain parks, trails, and related winter facilities. The role supports snowmaking operations, events, and safety, with input on layout, feature placement, and improvements.

Daily duties include inspections, maintenance, and setup for public use. You will work under supervision, use Ullr software to document work, and assist with signage, rope tow operations, and event

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class D driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of Freestyle Terrain Notebook or ability to obtain such knowledge.
• Ability to operate a variety of hand/power tools and winter-ops equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect terrain parks and trails to identify safety concerns and maintenance needs.
• Prepare terrain parks and trails for daily opening.
• Perform daily and ongoing maintenance of terrain parks and winter trails.
• Document inspections and tasks using Ullr software.
• Assist with snowmaking setup, operation, and maintenance.
